1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase and physical products. This policy explains our shipping and refund terms for courses and shop products purchased through First Aid Training Delhi.

2. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

• Physical products purchased through our Shop will typically be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping times may vary based on your location and the courier service.

3. Course Refunds

• You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• To request a refund, contact us at firstaidtrainingdelhi@gmail.com or raise a support ticket through your Student Portal, including your order/enrollment details and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Certificate-Related Refund Restriction

• If a certificate has already been issued for a course (i.e. you have completed the course and passed the final exam), that course purchase becomes non-refundable, even if within the 7-day window, since the certification service has already been fully delivered.

5. Shop / Physical Product Refunds

• For physical products purchased through our Shop, refund/return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition (where applicable) for a refund to be processed.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Courses where a certificate has already been issued
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (via our payment gateway partner). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 7-10 business days after approval.
