What courses does First Aid Training Delhi offer?
We offer a wide range of emergency care courses including CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and general First Aid training for both individuals and corporates.
Are your certifications recognized?
Yes, our courses follow strict international guidelines and our certificates are widely accepted by employers, hospitals, and medical institutions.
How long is my certification valid?
Most of our certifications, including BLS, CPR, and First Aid, are valid for 1 years from the date of issue. After 1 years, you will need to take a renewal course.
How do I access my digital course certificate?
Once you successfully complete a course and pass the required assessment, you can download your digital certificate immediately from your student dashboard.
Do you offer corporate or group training on-site?
Yes! We provide specialized on-site group training for corporates, schools, and organizations. Please raise a ticket or contact our support team to get a custom quote.
What is the shipping policy for physical products?
Physical products like First Aid Kits and AEDs purchased from our Shop are typically shipped within 3-5 business days across India. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds on physical products within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or unopened. Digital courses and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed. See our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.
How do I contact you and what are your response times?
We believe in direct, human communication. We do not use automated chatbots, animations, or AI auto-replies on WhatsApp or Email. We receive inquiries on WhatsApp and reply within 24 hours. Email replies can take up to 5 working days.
How far in advance do I need to book a training program?
Classroom training is done on select dates—please call our monthly calendar line at 9310012126 (10 AM - 4 PM weekdays) or check our Facebook page @firstaidtrainingdelhi. For on-site team training (corporate offices, factories, gyms, schools, hotels), sessions can only be done after email confirmation, and we require at least 15 working days' advance notice to coordinate and execute.
