1. Introduction

2. Course Enrollment

• Upon successful payment, you get access to the purchased course content, video lessons, downloadable resources, and the associated quiz/exam.
• Course access is for personal, individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• We reserve the right to modify course content, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon successfully passing the required quiz/exam with the minimum passing score set for that course.
• Our certificates confirm completion of our training program and do not constitute a government-issued medical license or certification unless explicitly stated on the certificate itself.
• We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if it is found to have been obtained fraudulently (e.g. quiz taken by someone other than the enrolled student).

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

5. Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store your card/payment details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, quizzes, downloadable resources, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of First Aid Training Delhi / GR-Medical and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our training courses are for educational purposes. In a real medical emergency, always follow the guidance of local emergency services and licensed medical professionals.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
